John Brown Monument

Octagonal sandstone plaza walled with three benches. Vertical sandstone tablet on the east side has a metal spout above a basin and a circular medallion with John Brown's portrait in relief. Circular column in the center of the plaza rests on a stepped base and has a sphere and eagle on the top. The eagle's wings are outspread.
