This stone sculpture portrays 5 people (what appear to be 3 adults and 2 juveniles). The adult female on the far left of the group holds one of the juveniles (an infant or young child) in her arms, while the other (older) juvenile is seated in front of the group, on the right.

The accompanying plaque reads: "Family/by/Ann Zeff/in loving memory of/Sadye B. Phillips/from/Claire and Charles/Phillips/1988." The work is installed in the rear patio area of the Cedar Village community.
