A memorial to the artist's father, Benjamin Rexford Hudson, who passed away in 1996. The sculpture is a black stone block, topped with five interlocking rings, such as the ones that magicians use in shows. On the left side of the stone face is an etching of a man using a camera on a tripod. On the right side is an inscription.
The inscription reads: "Benjamin Rexford Hudson Oct 12, 1920 Nov 25, 1996 Devoted Father and Husband Magician Hydro-geologist World Traveler Builder of Homes O, Weary Soul, leave me lost from the yellow gold. Fix for me a brilliant light. Cast my being in a sandbrown mold. Enshroud me in a hypnotic night. B.R.H. 1938"
