An oversize stone head stares up at the sky with a small smile.
The sculpture was acquired by the Dublin Arts Council through an exhibition called Titration 3: Rock, Paper, Sculpture. This, along with Jaunty Hornbeam, remained permanent public installations in Dublin by virtue of a public vote.
