Keizo Ushio's sculpture of Indiana limestone consists of carved "intertwining ribbons of stone and three-dimensional circles" and "incorporates the symbol of love."

The work was commissioned as part of the 2002 Kettering Rocks! International Stone Sculpting Exposition. During the exposition, eight sculptors from around the world were given 20 days to create their works in Delco Park. The completed works were then relocated to various public sites throughout the city of Kettering; this item is permanently installed at Lincoln Park Civic Commons.
