To submit your images and information follow these simple guidelines:
- Click this to open the ftp upload window. The window will open in a new page. If you have any pop-up blockers, you must hold the Ctrl/Command key (PC/Mac) on your keyboard while clicking.
- When prompted enter the following
Username: ftp46605696-0
Password: sculpturecenter
- If you do not see a folder structure, follow the instructions on the screen to get a folder structure, entering the username and password as prompted. (In Internet Explorer 7 the instructions say "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." for example)
- Open the folder "OnAPedestal" by double-clicking on the folder.
- Create a new folder. Title the folder with the first initial of your first name, followed by your entire last name. For example, if your name was John Doe, you would title the folder JDoe.
- Open the folder you just created by double-clicking on it.
- Copy your files into this folder.
- Assuming you copied all necessary documentation, you have successfully submitted your supporting documents.
- Please remember to pay your application fee by clicking here.
Note: It has recently come under our awareness that people using an Apple computer are not always able to connect in the manner stated above. If you have problems connecting, and you are using a Mac, then follow the directions below:
- From your desktop, open the Go menu.
- Select "Connect to Server."
- In the window that appears, enter "ftp://clevelandsculpture.org" into the Address bar.
- Click "Connect."
- From here you can follow from Step 2 of the original instructions above.

IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION ONLINE:
Some artists, particularly those working with Macintosh computers, are having difficulty with this online application. If you are unable to complete the application online, please mail to The Sculpture Center your payment, application form, artist’s resume, a CD containing only the images of up to 3 artworks (high res, at least 300 ppi, preferred), and a list of images including title, date, medium, size, (h x l x w). Your images must be clearly named for easy correlation to the image list. Just let us know if you were not able to postmark this by March 31 because you did not try to complete the application until that day.
